javascript - Lightbox 2 Implementation -

i have tried implement , use lightbox jquery function on website not working. have looked @ documentation , structured page site says yet know why plug in not working

the lightbox resources (the css , js files) aren't being loaded. thats why lightbox isn't working.

take @ how did reference these files, referenced wrong folder, or something...
