android - Defining resources for a given region -

i want create resources given regions created batch of value-rde directory germany or value-rus usa. seems directories won't work. documentation providing resources, points out work languages should e.g. values-de-rde or values-en-rus. combinations value-en-rde saw in wild. explode count of directories.

now came idea use mobile country code (mmc), seems option. reliable? there better way store region specific information resources?

why want this?

just take example iata code of capital city's airport, not need been localizated.
