java - Deploying a Play Framework application on port 80 beside Apache -
i'm looking way deploy play-framework-1.0 application on port 80. first made zip file 'dist' command, unzipped it. when run command lauch application (play-java-1.0-snapshot/bin/play-java -dhttp.port=80 -dhttp.adresse=127.0.0.1
), error :
[error] p.c.s.nettyserver - failed listen http on /0.0.0.0:80! oops, cannot start server. play.core.server.serverlistenexception: failed listen http on /0.0.0.0:80! @ play.core.server.nettyserver.play$core$server$nettyserver$$bindchannel(nettyserver.scala:215) @ play.core.server.nettyserver$$anonfun$1.apply(nettyserver.scala:203) @ play.core.server.nettyserver$$anonfun$1.apply(nettyserver.scala:203) @ scala.option.map(option.scala:146) @ play.core.server.nettyserver.<init>(nettyserver.scala:203) @ play.core.server.nettyserverprovider.createserver(nettyserver.scala:266) @ play.core.server.nettyserverprovider.createserver(nettyserver.scala:265) @ play.core.server.serverprovider$class.createserver(serverprovider.scala:25) @ play.core.server.nettyserverprovider.createserver(nettyserver.scala:265) @ play.core.server.prodserverstart$.start(prodserverstart.scala:53) @ play.core.server.prodserverstart$.main(prodserverstart.scala:22) @ play.core.server.prodserverstart.main(prodserverstart.scala)
moreover, in real server, apache has been installed. wonder, whether problem.
thanks!
if using linux server, can try 'fuser 80/tcp
' see whether process running on port (80). if (there's showing process-id, when enter command), cannot use same port 2 processes.
either, have start play-app in different port or can kill running process 'sudo fuser -k 80/tcp
' , start play-app on same port (80).
